You can book this service as a doctor, regardless of whether you are employed by us at a medical institution or not. Please contact us by e-mail, contact form or telephone. We will then send you an individual offer.

Simply choose the service package that suits your needs. During the express registration you have the possibility to send us your request. Of course, you have the option of booking a suitable service package or switching to another one after you have registered. Please contact us via contact form, e-mail, phone or fax.

We mediate assistants and specialists in all fields. Prerequisite for this is merely a recognised licence in Germany and fluent speaking of the German language. In order for us to be able to place you in positions within your area of expertise, it may also be necessary to have the appropriate specialist certificates. Please send them to us at the latest during the placement process.

After your registration we will get in touch with you as soon as possible and you will receive regular offers matching your information. As soon as you would like to accept an offer, please let us know your interest in the mediation by e-mail, telephone or contact form and we will get in touch with you. With your consent, we will then transfer your data to the appropriate medical institution. This will review your documents, make a decision and you will receive an immediate response from us.

We need a copy of the following documents from you:

• Your Approbation
• Your identity card (front and back)
• Your existing medical certificate
• Your existing certificates
• Your CV

Please send us the necessary documents by e-mail, fax or as part of the registration process.

Each offer contains one of the following three employment types:

• Contracting:

Within the framework of the contracting process, a freelance fee-based doctor relationship is arranged between the medical institution and the doctor.

• Permanent employment:

If necessary, we arrange a permanent employment between the doctor and the medical institution. For further information please refer to the respective placement offer.

• Temporary employment:

         Within the framework of temporary employment contracts, we place specialists and assistants at medical institutions.

It is possible for a medical institution to request several types of employment from us, in which case we will provide you with separate information.

You will receive job offers that match your registration profile. The locations are renowned clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, practices and other medical facilities that require a doctor.

Depending on the duration of the request, you will receive the offer on the same day, at the latest on the day after receipt of the request for assignment. Please understand that there may be delays in the process due to public holidays.

You are welcome to register with us today for a later period of time, simply enter the relevant data in the express registration form. This way you are always up to date and can make your future even more efficient.

They usually have to register with the local medical association. If you are working in different federal states within the framework of a fee-based doctor's activity, the medical association responsible for your place of residence is the right choice for your assignment.

The medical care of your state is responsible for your old-age provision.

We recommend that you take out separate professional liability insurance. The protection provided by the client is usually subsidiary professional indemnity insurance, which does not fully cover you.

Your personal data is protected against access by unauthorized persons according to the latest state of the art. You can arrange for the irrevocable deletion of your data at any time. Simply send us an e-mail.

Please register online or contact us by e-mail, phone or contact form. After completing the registration process we will contact you as soon as possible. For the mediation we need a detailed description of your inquiry. This should include the required specialist area of the physician, his/her function, required training courses and the period of employment. After determining the physician who meets your requirements, we will send you his or her profile. Then tell us which doctor you have chosen and we will take the next steps.

After expiration of the invoicing intervals agreed with you individually, you will receive the invoices and the associated work records as an overview of the hours worked. Within 10 working days you transfer the invoice amount to the payee specified on the invoice.

The accommodation is usually provided to the doctor by the client during the period of employment. This procedure can be deviated from by individual agreement.

Depending on the arrangement, the doctors we refer to can be used for day duty or on-call duty.

At the end of a period of service, usually one week, you will receive a work record filled out by our doctor for signature. This will be sent to us after the physician has signed it and prepared for invoicing.

Our doctors will take care of your needs on weekends and holidays according to your individual agreement.
